Shelly Malizola

Shelly Malizola is the founder and owner of Allure Designs in Beauty, established in 1996.

Allure has received business awards for over a decade by Salon Today Top 200 businesses. Allure was awarded a business of the year award in 2024 by Mainstreet Libertyville. Allures Industry awards received were for team culture, customer service, employee training program, compensation and benefits as well as growth for a small business. Shelly also owns The Beauty Cloud™ offering leadership training and business development for small business owners.

A graduate of the Goldmans Sachs 10,000 Small Business program, Shelly is passionate about helping woman grow their careers in the beauty industry and has dedicated her career to making clients, staff and anyone she meets feel confident and beautiful about themselves.

Shelly believes in advanced education for herself and her team to constantly thrive and grow skills to bring to clients. She has mastery earned through years of training at advanced academies such as Redken 5th ave in New York, Sasoon in London and Aveda advanced training center in Chicago. Shelly wants to share her creativity, skill and vision for radiance to help others see their own personal beauty within themselves.

Family is at the center of everything Shelly does. Her time spent away from work is centered around her family and friends. Outside of work her true passion is designing creativity in decorating spaces. With a love for nature, artistry and design Shelly believes in turning everyday moments into something truly special.
